Is there any app similar to Quasar, but for iPhone? The note 2 does multitasking type things, and was wondering if there is a tweak for something like that on iPhone.

Closest thing I can think of would be Zephyr. While it isn't technically multitasking, it allows you to quickly swipe between apps then swipe back.
