I have a Oneplus One I took apart to replace the screen, on the top right corner there is a hole with a small metal piece that sticks through on the plastic cover underneath the back when you first remove it. It broke loose and appears to be glued on from the factory, what is this part? You can see it between the two screw holes on the top right corner

Is that part of the wireless charging nodes? Do they line back to the battery connectors?

Most of those gold contacts are antenna connections. They correspond to golden portions inside the back case. The two directly above the battery of the phone are for the NFC sticker. The other 5 are part of the antenna system.
