So I've been looking around and have a question for all of the mac enthusiast community. Say I or anyone were to have an idea for a great application for the iphone, where/how would I look to join up with potential developers in order to bring the application to fruition?

Are you new to developing? If you are, start with something simple, then move on to a bigger project. Honestly if you want group, get a group of friends; that way you don't hate each other when deadlines are missed.

Well I am definitely new to development but have no intention of personally coding something, rather finding people who are experienced in development in order to form a team. I have no friends that are involved in this sort of thing so I wanted to find out through you guys what is the best way to find the freelance apple developers out there in order to put together a team.

Greencardman, thank you for the suggestion. I have just begun using it and it already has proved to be a valuable resource. Anyone else have any suggestions for similar sites or community's that accomplish the same thing?
