Question about Apple Mail....

is there anyway to add labels (highlight) when i recieve emails from certain people?? like different colors from different people?? something like in the pic i posted here...(i selected the mail so i can highlightit)....I.E. when i get emails from itunes music store...its already highlighted in blue....
