question about apple's site

I Know its kind of a stupid question, but can somebody tell me how can i contcat apple via email ?! I have a problem in one of my devices and i need help from them, but i want to contact them with mail and not phone.... the weird thing is i remember i did this few weeks ago but i dont know how..
so can anybody tell me?

no its not here, there they tell me to find a store or something like that i just want to email them. do htey have live caht? because thats fine too

It seems, there is no email support (who pays for that?), but I have heard, one can phone them (which will be probably expensive in your case?) and ask them for a an email address, though hopefully the waiting time is not too long.

If you go through the whole express lane process, they will email you from there.
