Excuse the picture content, was a random choice Take you full color image, Make a copy of it in a new layer and remove the color, have a play to make it look nice. Cut out the bits you want to be in color. Add em together and what have you got? Done in photoshop elements2, no idea if its the"right" way to do it, but it works for me
