Question about BossPrefs and hiding icons.

When I previously jailbroke my 3g, I had Bossprefs and mainly used it to hide icons I didn't use.

I remember something about that not being a good idea because it was unstable for whatever reason.

My question is, now that I've re-jailbroken, should I still not do that?

I personally only use BossPrefs to respring and turn EDGE on and off.

Only bad thing about it, is that if you uninstall it, all the changes it made still apply.

What if I make the changes back to normal in Bossprefs then uninstall?

I just downloaded it and hid some of the more useless ones
