Doesn’t really matter. One could argue that wired charging is less damaging due to less heat than wireless, but there’s little evidence that it affects iPhones in a big way.
Slow wired is considered better than fast wireless charging, and it’s all down to heat. But again, I wouldn’t worry with an iPhone on a name brand wireless charger.
I put my phone on a wireless charger each night and pick it up in the morning. No unusual battery degradation.
Safety wise? Use name brand chargers and cables, discard broken cables.
