Hello,
I am using the default Mail client that comes with macOS so far, however I really like the better support for dark mode I noticed in Outlook which includes reading pane and also views all emails with white text on a dark background. Generally the Mail client in macOS does the same thing, however only if an email contains only text and no other elements like pictures, which in my case makes it still view more than 90% of my emails normally.
Before maybe moving to the Outlook email client, is there maybe a way (hidden setting I don't know or a third party plugin for the Mail app), to get this behavior with the default Mail app as well?
And does anyone maybe know, if some other Mail apps on macOS support dark mode like Outlook does?
The improved support for dark mode in Outlook is shown here, the screenshots show the Windows version, the macOS version however looks and works exactly the same way on my machine.
