The ad says it is new and sealed in the box, yet there are pics of all this great software on it. One, Apple preloads but I don't think preloads these particular programs.

two, is this too much software for this little guy?

three, what did they do, buy it, load it up, and then plan to sell it? I don't see lines, etc-but we know how that goes.

Would you "go for it" or not?

Thanks..

As people say, you can do the same thing this guy did and download the pirated software yourself -- since there are no Photoshop, Office, etc. CDs included.

Without the CDs of these programs, the computer isn't worth a nickle more. Likely less due to having all the pirated SW included on the drive.

Idiots tend to bid more, poor fools.

Stay away stay away stay away.

I would stay away from these type of people. If they are willing to steal software and include it on an eBay sale, it is more likely the MBA was stolen. I do not differentiate between someone that steals software and someone that steals a Mac. I would hope all people feel this way, although I know better. And honestly, as a consumer you shouldn't want pirated software on your computer for many reasons.

It is convenient for people who aren't familiar with loading software and really don't know about piracy (like my parents for example) and that can be a draw - but if anything happens and you need to wipe the drive you lose everything and what a pain that would be.....

i agree - don't pay more $ for software with no install discs.

My whole issue and impetus behind this question was that the guy claimed the computer was new and sealed in the box. I am not interested in all that extra software, espcially if it's pirated. It looked liked the HD was on it's way to being full, which was another weird thing.
