Question about exporting MP3 from Apple Podcast

I have been using Podcast Export from Apple Store to export MP3 files from the Apple Podcast app. I'm on an M3, Sonoma 14.6.1. Until recently this worked fine. I copy the MP3 files to a USB stick for playing in the car. The last time I did this successfully was about 10 days ago (ca Nov 1st, 2024).

Yesterday, I used Apple Podcast as per usual and downloaded several podcasts. I then tried to use Podcast Export but it failed to find any downloaded podcasts.

I submitted this info to the Podcast Export developer but am wondering if anyone else has encountered this.
 
Follow up: I restarting my iMac and afterward, Podcast Export app worked fine. I have no idea what I did to cause this but I must have done something.
