Question about - FRING

Ok, so Im curious about Fring. I have it downloaded on my iPhone4. I also signed up with an account.

Can you only do Video chats with Fring to Fring accts? I know you cannot use SKYPE? I also know you cant with Facebook or MSN.. is there any other way to do this?

Or..

Does anyone know of an APP that you can use to allow users with the iPhone to do Video chats with each other...?! Doesnt hafta be iPhone to iPhone?
