Question about game performance

Ok so I just bought and used Macbook and have a question about which games (2010, 2009, etc) you think my Macbook can handle. Here are the specs:

Macbook Mid-2009
2.13 C2D Processor
4GB RAM
Nvidia 9400m

I prefer FPS and Company of Heroes-style games. Thanks.

Probably a fair few, it depends if you care about graphics quality.

I care more about it running smoothly than graphics.

However I don't want to run it on the lowest settings.

With a 9400M, you're basically forced to play it at low-med settings.

Rise of Nations, great RTS and it'll run on anything. Edit: Oh, games in the last 2 years...that's harder. Valve's games should run on a 9400m.
