I've received my SR MBP from the Apple Online Store in mid August, I got in an Apple Store about a month later about the famous yellowing, they replaced the screen two times (the first time they just called me to inform that the screen was also a defect one and they ordered a new one) and finally the screen was still a Samsung yellow (who also had some physical problem) so I asked for a replacement. They inform me that since I didn't bought the MBP at this Apple Store they couldn't give me one that they had but they could order one from AppleCare for me, just that it could take 4 weeks.
So my question is : Is an Applecare replacement for a yellowish Macbook Pro is a NEW Macbook Pro or a REFURB ?
Also, if it is a NEW one, 4 weeks it is AppleCare normal time or it is only due to the 7-10business day that took a Macbook Pro 15'' to be shipped from the Online Store ? Because the 15'' MBP just got to a 1-2business day in the online Apple Store, is there a chance I receive it faster then ?
