Hopefully someone here may be able to answer this. I have a MacBook with a solid state drive. It has not been upgraded to High Sierra yet. My understanding is that the upgrade will change the file system from HFS+ to AFPS. I also use a late 2015 iMac, with a fusion drive. The upgrade does not change the file system on fusion drive machines. So it's running High Sierra, but continues to use the HFS+ file system.

I use iCloud to keep files synched between the two machines.

Here's the question:

If I upgrade the MacBook, and therefore have a laptop with AFPS, and an iMac with HFS+, what problems am I likely to encounter given the machines are synched over iCloud?

Hopefully that makes sense.
