A client wants to build an application that will serve as a "store/audio player" for all of his hypno-therapy tracks.

There will be a store built into the application where you can purchase different programs such as "self-esteem" and "sleep better" for 99 cents each.

But, the API states:

"Content items include digital books, magazines, photos, artwork, game levels, game characters, and other digital content that can be delivered within your application."

However, music (or rather, audio) is not well defined. We've only seen app where the audio is then linked to the iTMS for delivery. We've also seen other apps that are prepackaged with audio content.

Would Apple allow what my client wants? Does anyone have any examples of applications specifically delivering audio content with in-app purchasing?

Thanks all for the help.
