I bought a refurb Mac mini (2.3GHz Core i5) from Apple and it didn't come with any software install media. It came with Lion.

I was playing with the Internet Recovery and it connected and downloaded what looks like the Lion recovery partition. From here I can choose to install OS X. Heres where I get stuck. It prompts me to connect to the Mac App store and log in. When I do, it says that I must purchase Lion from the app store first. I accepted the licence for iLife (iPhoto, GarageBand and iMovie already) but nothing for OS X ??

Any advice would be appreciated

That's strange.. I'd call Apple on that one. The 2011's shipped with Lion, so their UUID's should be in the database without having to login. It's always been automatic whenever I've reimaged a 2011.
