hi i have a question i have ios 10 beta 7 on my iPod touch 6th gen and i was wondering when the final version of ios 10 comes out will i be able to update to that or would i have to get rid of the beta profile. Let me know thanks

Sorry but too late. Once you install a beta you must dispose of your current iDevice and buy a new one in order to get any future updates. You should have read your TOS agreement before installing.

This and this are good guides on how to update to the GM from a beta. Be sure to back up locally!! But in the future it's good to know about these things before installing Beta software.

C'mon be nice, it's a legitimate question.

OP, you can leave the profile on and still install the final version. Unless Apple issues a new profile, you'll be able to install betas of any point upgrades as well
