Hi everyone

I have a big problem.

I'm an iPhone and iPad owner (both with iOS 9.02), with several apps purchased but they've been removed from the App Store (Photoshop Touch is one of them), and these apps are very important for me.

Yesterday I did a fresh installation of El Capitan in my Mac, however I didn't backup my iTunes apps library. This morning I tried to transfer my local iPhone/iPad apps to my iTunes library (obviously the iTunes library of my Mac is empty), but I encountered if I try to transfer my purchased apps into my iTunes library (Mac) it's not possible, because of iOS 9 and App thinning...

Previously to iOS 9, I always backup my devices in my Mac (I don't like the clouds), however now I can't transfer my apps to my iTunes library. I know I can go to purchased apps in iTunes (Mac) and redownload all my apps, however some of them have been removed from the App Store and I can't download to my iTunes library. I have these apps locally in mi iPad/iPhone now, for example "Pulse", "Ps Touch", "Video Download" but I don't know how to transfer them to my Mac. If I want to sync my iPhone with iTunes (for example to sync my music) I get the alert from iTunes because of my apps are not in my iTunes library, and in iOS 9 we can't transfer purchased apps into the Macs (really surprised), so these apps will be erased from my iPhone (obviously I don't want to erase them)...

Is there any way to transfer these apps to my iTunes library? Is going Apple to revert this crazy decision?

I've a question and I would thank if you answer:

Instead of backup my iPhone/iPad in my Mac, if I choose iCloud backup and one day I restore my iPhone/iPad: are going to be restored these apps who have been removed from the App Store? Anybody has tried this option?

Thanks in advance and sorry for my English.

If you go to iTunes on you Mac and select purchased, your apps on your iPhone will show up and you can just click on them to download them into your app library.

They're not there though, certainly not for me anyway. The apps aren't in my purchase history or indeed on the App store at all. Plus nothing backs up now, and my PhotoManagerPro app doesn't back up. It's a massive problem.

Have you checked that you haven't got any hidden apps. You can check by going to your iTunes account info.

No, Apple has changed the rules. If an App is removed from the App Store, it's not possible to re-download again, THE APP IS NOT IN THE CLOUD. The only way is transferring your app if your device is on iOS 8 (or previous iOS version) with iTunes...

If you've updated your device at iOS 9, you couldn't transfer your local apps (device apps) to iTunes library. In my case, I did a fresh installation of El Capitan, and I forgot to backup previously my apps (iTunes library), so if I decide to restore my iPhone I will miss some removed apps (PS Touch, Pulse, etc) from the App Store
