Question about IPhone 11 Pro Max battery

I got the iPhone 11 Pro Max yesterday and it seems that I’m experiencing battery drain issue ( I think).

I unplugged it at 10:30am with 100% and now it’s 1:20pm and it’s at 77%.

I mostly use snapchat and Spotify but I think it’s because of iOS 13.3 as my phone has lagged and bugged out a few times.

Am I experiencing battery drain issue?

I got the same issue when I first got the phone. After a few days, it got better. Not sure if I’m using the right word, but isn’t it “indexing” or something?

i am also experiencing battery drain since last night.
It was 66% after 5 hrs screen time with my daily tasks. Today it went down to 38% after only 2.5 hrs screen time.
Overnight, it drained only 2% in 9 hrs time.
