iPhone Question about IPhone 5s JB. please drop by if you have time

I have 7.0.4 Iphone 5s. I know there is a jailbreak for that and all tweaks I wants work fine.

however, I feel like updating to the latest IOS 7.1.2 firmware before 8 is out and lose the chance to upgrade and jailbreak.

so my question(S) are:

1- is there a jailbreak for IOS7.1.2 Iphone 5s ?
2- what is the best jailbreak available ? or lets say, the easiest to use. when I heard long time ago about the jailbreak from the Chinese guys, it was a long and stupid process to do so. did that change ?
3- how are the tweaks behaving on IOS 7.1.2 ? color profile, intellescreen X etc. do they work ?

There's a jailbreak for 7.1.2. Use Pangu. Not sure why it would be "long and stupid" given that there are on-screen instructions. Super simple, it took me less than 5 mins.
