Hello,

I have a new iPhone that I have jailbreak and unlocked. I still have the ATT iPhone sim in.

I have Sprint service and I'm not sure if my phone has a sim.

If I want to use my iPhone as a phone do I have to switch from sprint to ATT even with an unlocked iPhone or can I go and buy one of there prepaid T Mobile phone and use that sim?

Thanks

Not sure about Sprint (as I am from the UK) but you can certainly put any sim card in the phone now that you've unlocked it. So any Pay as you Go sim should be fine.

thanks for the information. I read on here that sprint doesn't have sim cards. So I went out a bought a T-mobile pre-paid phone and swap the sim cards and everything is working great.

I only had 1 question.

Do the prepaid minutes only count to incoming and outgoing phone calls?

or everything like internet, emails, and text messages?

thanks again
