Question about jailbreaking iOS 8 and iOS 9

I wanted to jailbreak iOS 8. But it seems Pangu 8 no longer works. I set up everything correctly, got the correct version of iTunes. I'm using Windows. But Pangu 8 instead of showing some "Jailbreak" button it grayed out (showed gray area) and then popped out a big blue button "Download Now" and in redirected me to their site. But it didn't work like it used to and supposed to. So I didn't now what to do.
But I managed to jailbreak with TaiG with no problem.
Now my question is: What if I would like to jailbreak iOS 9 iDevice?
Will Pangu 9 work? Or it will be the same as Pangu 8? There is no TaiG for iOS 9.
So what's the current solution for jailbreaking iOS 9? Do Pangu 9 work?

Pangu worked for iOS 9.0.2 when I jailbroke in October 2015.

Other people have reported being able to use Pangu to jailbreak 9.1 and higher.

Got to assume that since people have jailbroken iOS 9 on several different point releases that it works.
 
Well, I hope so that it works. October 2015? That was long ago.
Pangu 8 does not work. And Pangu 8 website is weird:

There is something about nginx. What is that?
But Pangu 9 site looks normal:

Does the file Pangu9_v1.3.2.exe (for Windows PC) that we can download from this site works?
And can we successfully jailbreak any iDevice on iOS 9.0-9.1 with it?

I used Taig to jailbreak iOS 8.1 on my iPad and Pangu to jailbreak 9.0.2 on my iPhone.

Never used Pangu to jailbreak iOS 8 so I'm not surprised it did't work for you on iOS 8.
