question about mb SR Ram upgrade

I know the bus is 800 mhz? The ram listed is supposed to r un at 667. Should I be looking at buying the DDR2 SODIMM 800 (pc6400?) instead of the SODIMM 667 at pc5300?

Short answer. No. The memory bus runs at 667 MHz, hardware locked . FSB != Memory

Any suggestions out there ? Patriot ? Transcend ? Kingston ?? Other?
