Question about Move to iOS app

This app is only available after factory reset? I need transfer my content from S7 to iPhone 8P. Already got contacts synced from iCloud. There are a few other content to be moved to iPhone.

The question is that I already downloaded and set up many apps on iPhone. Don't want to do it again.

Any suggestion? thx

I know how to deal with the contacts, how about the other content, like messages, WhatsApp and media files.
