I’m in my first day using AirPod Pros. Never used earphones that go into the inner ear before. Medium passes the fit test. Large sounds a bit better.

It feels like my ears are clogged.

When I use transparency mode it feels much better.

How much is all in my head because I can’t hear things my brain thinks I should versus hardware changes with the transparency mode that relieves pressure?

It takes a bit of getting used to.

I had already felt that sensation due to wearing foam in-ear muffs for a job I had years ago & also when going to a few F1 races over the years.

Just play some music & you’ll forget about it/adapt.

The firmware 2D15 and later should resolve the “plugged ears” issue. What’s your current firmware on your AirPods Pro?
