My mac (Macbook Pro Mid 2015) is out of warranty, and its battery is dying.
I would like to go to the Apple Store and pay for getting its battery replaced.
However, I upgraded the SSD to Samsung in my macbook pro before, will this cause them to refuse replacing my battery?

Highly unlikely. They will refuse warranty for things that you broke while installing the SSD, and obviously for the Samsung SSD itself, but the battery is quite unrelated. And it's not a warranty replacement anyway, so Apple is just taking your money.
