Question about Parallels and amount of RAM

Click the memory field on the Configuration screen (or use the menu: Edit -> VIrtual Machine... then choose memory):
And slide to whatever memory you want to use (you'll find it handles much better when you approach 1 GB

Note that according to Parallels memory is one of the hardware features that's tied to the activation key, so changing it along with the wrong other things may require reactivating XP. It's best to get the right amount of memory when you first create the VM (obviously, that's for future reference in this case.)
