Does anyone know much faster an Intel i7 processor chip is than an Intel Core 2 Duo Chip?
'Just a quick question that I was wondering as I am going to get a new iMac once the new one comes out this summer and I wanted to know what kind of a performance difference I can expect. After all, I am upgrading from a fairly old processor chip to an i7 chip which I've heard is much faster. But, numbers are everything, so I just wanted an answer that wasn't too vague.
