I'm on my 3rd 21.5" iMac, all of them have had awful yellow screen issues. I bought the initial unit 2 weeks ago today and have an appointment with the genius bar tonight to return the latest unit. Instead of dealing with this issue and going through so many replacements I would much rather return this iMac for a Mac mini and 24" ACD.

I'm wondering if they will attempt to charge me the restocking fee? I obviously am prepared to fight this, but I would much rather just get this whole thing over with without having to argue with people, move on with the Mac mini and stop having to go to the Apple Store every few days.

Because the new iMacs have had so much issues, I doubt they can ask fro restocking fee because you're returning it because it isn't what it supposed to be. You are also buying the Mini + ACD from them so it would be unfair if they charge it. Tell them that if they charge it, you will buy Mini + ACD from somewhere else, it may help
