iPhone 15 Pro Max Question about screen protector iPhone

So we picked up my mom iPhone 15 pro max the lady who installed the Belkin’s glass both screen protector installed had dust under it.

Before they installed I pulled up the screen protector to verify it’s dust before I took to next stores

I took it to next Apple Store they swapped it out no issue.

Them cleaning the screen and reinstalling the glass damage my mom screen ?
