I was testing the packet loss/ping/jitter for my internet connection and for some reason the packet loss test never goes through saying "unable to test" and gives me a grade B.

Yet on my sister's laptop the packet loss test goes through without a problem and she gets a grade A.

My computer is much faster and more powerful than hers and she's using the router from my room. So I don't understand why this is happening or how to fix it.

Can't comment on your specific problem but try www.dslreports.com/speedtest
