Question about sync

my 3gs was stolen i ordered a new one one a different line is there a way to get my contacts off of the computer and put on new phone
i do not have mobileme and they are not in windows address book

Just restore to one of your backups and all your contacts will be synced back.

i'll try it i didn't know if that could be done on a different iphone on a different line
