Question about the Federal Employee discount.

A co-worker of mine recently informed me that Apple provides discounts to Federal Goverment employees. I was unaware of this, as I've been using by student discount for all my purchases. How does the federal employee discount compare to the student discount? Is it more, less, or the same?
