I ordered mine on Jan 31st.
but after looking at the pictures again on apple.com i was wondering where
the louvers were (sorry don't know the right word since I'm from germany, but you know what i mean, the holes in the chassis were the hot air gets out).

I looked at pictures of the ibook g4, they're there
Powerbook g4, they're there.
macBook Pro, no idea where they are.

If anyone has information, thanks

They have been moved from the sides to the rear.

yeah. in the powerbook the display is attached by a single bar across the back. the macbook pro exchanges that for two little "hinge" bars at either end, which increases airflow.

I'd be more curious how strong the hinges feel. The single bar seemed like the solution for hinges detaching that plagued the powerbooks before or am I wrong on this?

Hopefully these images will let me link to them. Judge for yourself.

This next link refers to supposed increased wireless reception due to the new hinges.
