Question About the "Stack" App

I have Five Icon Dock and decided to check Stack out. I have a very particular look I've been created for my theme over the past month or so, and to keep in line with that it looks best if Stack is the 3rd icon in the dock. The "top" icon in Stack just looks best aesthetically with my theme (I'm super picky lol). I move it with the normal "hold icon/drag where you want/press home key to set" method, but everytime I reboot/respring/power cycle my phone the stack icon is back in the 5th spot. Any ideas why, or how to make it stay where I put it? I can always slide it back over upon restart, but still, why won't it just stay where I move it?
