Is anyone having an issue where when one tries to play a movie or TV show the TV app is not resuming playback from where one last left off but is starting the movie or TV show episode from the very beginning? I am ONLY having this trouble on my Mac. AppleTV, iPad, iPhone are not affected. I have had it before and the last time it was on Apples end. I do not know how to fix it since I am not having any other issues with iCloud at the moment.

Apple TV can be good as the signal being received from the router.
after i reset my apple airport, i get better apple TV service.
there also can be a cache overload, although the apple TV has 32 GB, some cache from say HBO can clog that app, and clearing that clutter will free up your apple tv.
hope this helped, there might be more replies with info that i missed.
