question about tweetie's twitpic compression

posted a photo using tweetie on twipic. noticed the compression of the image, the quality could be better.

I see in the settings for tweetie you can change the compression slider for images. i'm just confused which direction to i slide it towards to get less compression and better image quality. left or right?

Smoother, less jagged, to the right is less compression.

thanks, it was confusing cause you would think left to right would be less compression to more. not the other way around.
