Question About Uploading/Hosting Video

Hey guys, I wasn't too sure where I should put this question, but here it goes.

Okay, I took a short 1 minute film from my digital camera and saved it to my Mac hard drive. Whenever I try to upload it at host sites like putfile.com or megaupload.com it just doesn't want to load it. I'm guessing I have to compress the file, but how would I go about doing this.

I have Imageready and I resized the video but it still took way took way too long to upload.

How large is the video, In MB.

That and what's your connection?

My video was under 25 MB, which was the requirement.

I also have a very speedy cable connection so that can't be the problem.

The web-sites you mentioned, do they require that you use a specific file formate?
Try using firefox instead of Safari.
