question about uploading movies from DVD to Iphone

ok, I know how to do the normal movies, but I want to upload my whole collection of the show "the wire"

so when I try with disc one which has the first 3 episodes, it only uploads the first episode..

no matter what I do, I can't find out how to get it to upload all 3 episodes from one disc..

anyone know why?

What program are you using to convert the dvds? Handbrake?

Some more info would be helpful... What program are you using? Some screen shots would also be helpful. It's kind of hard to tell you what the problem might be without a little more info.

I'm using handbreak. I have the VLC, so uploading normal movies is okay...

when I put the disck in, handbreak says there are 12 chapters, even though thats just the first episode...

and when I play the video, it's just the first episode, the section doesn't come up where you can choose which episode to watch..
