Could someone please explain to me how workflow’s work ?
I tried experimenting I dragged the URL to this website onto my desktop then right clicked on the page with the @ icon over lil white page, choose automator, then create workflow just to see what the menu would look like but I don’t get it none of the options made any sense. What can a work flow do that the finder and save option can’t do

Automator really is an app you can use to automate tasks. You can do all kinds of things, like edit photos, and send emails, without you actually having to do anything. If you open the link in Automator, I think you would have got this:

You can add more "actions" to the workflow ( the part of the screen on the right), you an get something like this:

This is a workflow that archives your link, automatically.

I’m sorry but I still don’t get it
Seems to me like it would be just as easy to save or drag the link inside a folder. Then if I want to view the article at a latter time, just search for the article or saved draft using spotlight.
