I'm really getting frustrated, I ordered my 8GIG iPhone from Apple last Friday and still haven't received it from FEDEX. The wait is unbearable!:eek:

My question is this, being that there have been many reports of 'negative black screen' issues and frozen iPhones if mine is one of the unlucky ones will I have to send it back to to Apple Online or can I go to an Apple store near me for an exchange?

You can take any apple product back to an apple store for exchange/repair as long as it is in it's warranty period. And it hasn't been hacked ;)

if u have an apple store near u why didnt u just go in and buy one? Every store has plenty.
