Morning everyone,

Having some difficulty logging into App and Itunes Store from my iPhone Settings menu. I did just recently jailbreak which makes me wonder if that has something to do with it.

iPhone 5 16GB
iOS 9.0.2
Latest version of Itunes on PC

When I type in my credentials, nothing happens. Literally, nothing. No error message whatsoever. If I type my password incorrectly, it does shake, recognizing the wrong password. I've also tried logging in thru the App Store app but still no luck.

Works fine when I log into Itunes thru my PC.

Any suggestions? Much appreciated

It might be something you installed from cydia.
Start removing your latest hacks and keep testing.
Restart the phone, try logging in to the appstore again till you identify the faulty JB package.

If you have not recently installed any new tweaks/apps and you've not had any issue before this then try logging out of the app store (on your phone) and then logging back in.

You can also test that it's a tweak by booting into no substrate mode (volume up on boot, hold down until the phone boots) and then opening the app store. If you can get into the app store with all tweaks disabled then it's a tweak. If you are still having issues in no substrate mode than it's something else.

Booted into substrate mode and problem persists. Does this confirm it's a non-jailbreak issue?

It does to me. Although I can't tell you where to begin to solve it.

Have you tried logging out then back in?

^Yes, I have. Try restore from backup you think?
If you're comfortable with that, it wouldn't hurt. Just make sure it's a restore from backup and not an upgrade and restore. ;)

Be a shame to lose your jailbreak only to find out it was Apple's servers - if you know what I mean.

Yea I think I'll try that. I have very few tweaks installed, so it won't be a hassle reapplying them. Thank you. I 'll keep the thread updated.

No luck. At a dead end, want to avoid updating and losing my jailbreak at all costs. If anyone else has any suggestions, please chime in :)
