Question for Freelancers regarding Segregation of Duties

For those of you who freelance web sites/apps, do you do it all yourself? (i.e., coding, graphics, layout, etc)

Or do you work with or subcontract others to do like graphics (if you're a coder), and vice versa?

I'm trying to get into freelance work but I'm held back by the graphics part. I can code for hours and hours and make some really cool stuff but when it comes to making it look pretty I struggle.

Just looking for some insight/advice on this.
