I applied my InvisibeShield to my iPhone mid-July. At first there were no smudges or glare. Now, smudges are easier to make and harder to take out than when the shield was off. Also, the glare is worse than ever. Any other IS owners having there problems?

I've not sure exactly what you mean by smudges and glare. I've had mine on for about a week less than you.

There's glare when I hold it at the right angle, but the glare has always been the same and is no worse than the glare on the iPhone without the IS. (It does have a texture whereas the iPhone is completely smooth).

I don't know what you mean by smudges at all. I can rub the oil from my fingers on to it, but it just rubs right off again.

I've got a little "dent" or snag in the IS along one edge. I hope that means the IS took one for the screen, which is its job.

From day one there has been a faint prism effect caused by the IS (seen most clearly when the screen is mostly white). But it is not getting worse over time.

So, bottom line:
* I do see some subtle effects on viewing do to the IS.
* They aren't getting worse over time, though, which is what you seem to be experiencing.

Maybe you should contact their customer support. They seem to take customer satisfaction very seriously, and warranty their protectors, so they should replace your defective one.
