Will the warranty be invalidated if you need warranty repair or service for example if your Dual Radeon Pro GPU is on the fritz but you’ve already replaced the machines original 8 Core CPU with a 16 Core Xenon from China for $800 or if you replaced the 32GB RAM with 192GB RAM from alibaba.com for $700
Can Apple say we cannot service or troubleshoot your MacPro unless the original components are put back in. ?

Thia is a genuine question, also cuz I saw some YouTube who replaced his RAM joke he is keeping the original RAM just incase he needs Warranty’s service. Which makes no sense.
I personally plan on selling the W5700 XT 16GB card for a RTX 3080 Ti when they come out next year.

The general policy that most people use when taking their Apple product in for servicing at an Apple store or authorized service provider is to return their upgraded Apple product to its original configuration. This certainly would apply to a processor and RAM upgrade. However, I have found in the past RAM upgrades aren't necessarily objected by Apple. However, the thing to avoid is to remove any possible reason for Apple to respond with "the issue is caused by your 3rd party upgrade(s)".

There's a law called the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act of 1975 that prevents a manufacturer from declining warranty coverage to a US person if third party components are installed by an owner .

From wikipedia :

"Warrantors cannot require that only branded parts be used with the product in order to retain the warranty.[7] This is commonly referred to as the "tie-in sales" provisions[8] and is frequently mentioned in the context of third-party computer parts, such as memory and hard drives."

However , Apple's legal team is larger than most country's standing armies ...

Best to be conservative here and not give them any wiggle room to deny any servicing ...

As others said, it's best to not give Apple anything to complain about. Even if you were able to get genuine Apple branded RAM, and a CPU upgrade installed by Tim Cook himself, I would probably try to return it to stock if it was to be sent back to Apple for repairs, it's probably unlikely with a Mac Pro, but if they did have to send it back they may not move over your upgrades, as typical with most warranties. I know people who have received different units back from Apple and lost any upgrades they did.

Magnuson applies to automobiles thers never been a successful case outside of the automobile industry. Tech companies just refuse period your only option is a lengthy and costly court process.
