Question from an American outside the US

I am living outside the US now and have some questions about the iPad before I have my family send me one as it is not available in the country I live in, Korea.

First, can anyone tell me if Korean is included in the international languages? It is on the iPhone but I heard a rumor that it is not on the iPad.

Second, I heard that one cannot purchase books at the iBookstore from outside the US. I have a US iTunes account and can purchase movies and tv from there now. I am wondering if anyone knows whether I can purchase iBooks with my US account or if my IP is actually blocked outside the US to purchase books.

Third, does anyone know why the iPad is not scheduled to come to Korea yet?

That would be great.. There are a lot of rumors going around.

Korea has an Apple webpage with the iPad but no release date yet. Maybe I could fly to Japan or Guam....

I ordered mine from the U.S. Apple site and used a 3rd party to mail it to me in Japan. There is a handy company that gives you a "U.S." address and then mails it to your FPO, AP address for military folks.

Some companies don't send stuff to FPO, AP so this company is a godsend for us military types who would like to shop on the internet.

btw, traditional chinese input is also missing... I'm wondering if this means when you upgrade your iPhone to 3.2, that you are losing those languages?? That'd suck, for a lot of people.
