Title pretty much sums it up. Is there a faster way to download all of my iMessages?

Are you looking for photos or specific messages? If photos, click the name at the top and then info, and you can see all photos.

The easiest way to download all your messages at once is to log into AppleID.Appple.com and request your iCloud data. After Apple confirms your identity, All of your iCloud data will be available for download (including Messages). All of your information will be arranged in their respective app Cloud folders for easy downloading and unzipping.

It may not be exactly what you have in mind with your question, but I find that iPhone/iPad backups made with iMazing work very well for accessing older Messages.
