I recently used the Pikify3.1 boot.efi to update my 2006 Mac Pro 1,1. It worked beautifully at the beginning. Some Editing softwares were not being recognized so I figured that I needed to do the update so I did. After the update my machine won't boot up and it gives me a folder with a question mark.

I have four bays and I used another drive I had there to reinstall Lion and i can see my original drive (HD) but won't boot to El capitan no more. I'm new to this and I LOVE my G5 with 32GB of Ram and SSD drive now via Pcie card. Any help would be appreciated in getting El Capiatan working again without erasing my drive completely since i have tons of software installed and don't want to reinstalled them all over gain. Thank you for your help.
