I am waiting for my Galaxy S6 arrives. Does the screen easily scratched? I don't want to take extremely good care of it.
And also does anyone try using tempered glass protector? How does it feel compared to regular?

Buy a good quality tempered glass protector.

Get one that's ultra thin and has tapered edges.

It won't affect performance of the device and gives you peace of mind.

Gorilla Glass 4 is tough, but will still scratch. Biggest enemy of all these screens is not car keys, money or scissors as many of the test videos on YouTube show off, it is in fact simple little grains of grit and sand.

Grit and sand even just the smallest amount in contact with the screen (perhaps little sand or grit in bottom of a pocket) rubbing against it will scratch it ....

So if you live by the coast / beach or in an environment where sand & grit may feature - definitely get the tempered glass protector.
Heck this is a $700 phone, get one for peace of mind even if you don't.

Being that it's Gorilla Glass 4 it should be pretty darn strong and scratch resistant now. That being said, Verizon sells an in-house brand of tempered glass screen protector for about $25 that will fit the bill.

My Z3 has front and back tempered glass screen protectors. Those in themselves I've taken all the micro scratches in my pocket (as MRU has mentioned).

You won't regret not having one.

Until you regret not having one.

Saved my Z3 and I get to use a fantastic handset without a case.
